After several vain attempts to order a laptop (with Win7 in English and QWERTY keyboard) from Dell directly, I finally ordered one through Anglo Computer. It arrived yesterday, two weeks after my order. Anglo Computer tracked my order from a to z. I was very pleased with their service.

Buying an English operating system computer with QWERTY keyboard in France is a nightmare. After carrying one desktop from the UK across France and then realising I had no support and no guarantee, I looked for a better alternative.
